Ayurvedic Healing - is an ancient Indian science of life whose purpose is to allow one to understand his/her constitutional makeup and choose the diet and living condition best suited to his/her particular needs. This system uses only natural means of treatment and prevention of disease through herbs, oils, minerals, massage, heat, water, yoga, meditation, elimination therapy, diet, and life style management.
In Sanskrit, the word Ayurveda consists of the words ayus, meaning 'life', and veda, meaning 'related to knowledge' or 'science'.
An Ayurvedic Massage is done using comfortably warm massage oil. The Abhyanga (Ayurvedic Oil Massage) should be done on a daily basis. The benefits include:
